ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this distance sales agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the “Store” section of https://bulbulzade.org.tr/, as described below, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, specifying the rights and obligations of the parties.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sale price of the products are as stated above and have been confirmed by the BUYER. The products are valid only in the “Store” category.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The BUYER acknowledges and confirms that they have read and fully understood the essential characteristics, sales price, validity period of prices, payment methods, and pre-delivery information of the product(s) offered for sale on the https://bulbulzade.org.tr/store page and have provided the necessary electronic confirmation to purchase.
4.2 The ordered product(s) shall be delivered within 30 (thirty) days, according to the distance from the BUYER's address, following receipt of the order by the SELLER. For pre-order products, the 30-day period starts from the announced sales date, and any delays due to supplier issues will be notified in writing. In such cases, the BUYER may either cancel the order or wait for delivery. If the order is canceled, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days.
4.3 The SELLER is not responsible if the product is delivered to another person/entity and they refuse to accept it.
4.4 The SELLER is responsible for the product until it is delivered intact, complete, and as described in the order. The BUYER must inspect the product upon receipt and refuse acceptance and report to the courier in case of damage.
4.5 The product must be paid for and the agreement confirmed electronically for delivery. If payment is not made or is canceled in banking records, the SELLER is exempt from delivery.
4.6 If payment is made by credit card, any unauthorized or illegal use of the card is the responsibility of the BUYER.
4.7 If payment is made via bank deposit, the BUYER must provide their IBAN to the SELLER for refunds.
4.8 In cases of force majeure, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER within 3 days. The BUYER may cancel, request replacement, or wait for delivery. Refunds shall be made within 14 days.
4.9 The BUYER may send complaints to the SELLER’s contact information, and defective products may be returned without shipping costs.
4.10 For international deliveries, the BUYER is responsible for customs duties and other costs.
4.11 The BUYER will provide necessary digital tools for e-books and workshops; technical issues are not the responsibility of the SELLER.
4.12 Purchased products and content cannot be copied, distributed, sold, or used illegally. Any violation is the BUYER’s responsibility.
4.13 The addresses mentioned are valid for notifications.
4.14 No extra costs are charged for using the website.
4.15 Donations under the "Donation" category are not covered by this agreement due to tax exemptions.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from receipt of the product or contract signing, except for exceptions in Article 6. Notification must be in writing. Refunds will be made within 14 days after notification.
ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS NOT SUBJECT TO WITHDRAWAL
a) Products affected by financial market fluctuations
b) Custom-made products
c) Perishable goods
d) Products mixed with others or cannot be separated
e) Opened packaging of digital content or computer consumables
f) Subscriptions except newspapers/magazines
g) Certain date-specific services (hotel, seminar, transportation, etc.)
h) Services started with consumer approval before withdrawal
i) Donations
ARTICLE 7 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Minors under 18 and legally incapable individuals cannot make purchases.
ARTICLE 8 – JURISDICTION
Disputes will be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts where the buyer purchased the product or resides.
The agreement has been read, accepted, and confirmed electronically. Unspecified matters are governed by Law No. 6502 and related legislation.
